How can I pay when giving online?
You can choose to give using a debit card, credit card, using Apple Pay, or by connecting a bank account (ACH giving).
Is online giving safe?
All financial information is encrypted and stored to PCI DSS Level 1 compliant standards. PCI DSS Level 1 compliance is a set of rules stated by credit card companies and audited by an independent third party. It is the highest possible rating one can get in the electronic payment processing industry.
Does the church receive my entire donation when I choose to give online?
A 3.3% processing fee is taken from each payment made with a debit or credit card. A 1.3% processing fee is taken from each payment made directly from a bank account (ACH). Therefore, more of your donation is received when you choose to give using ACH.
Additionally, you may choose to cover the fees when you make your donation. Doing so will add the processing fee to your total donation instead of subtracting the processing fee from the initial amount.
